  1. Thanks for sharing such great advice, as it is applicable to a variety of endings-friendships, break-ups, divorces, job loss, etc. Grief and loss are necessary, and these tips may help make them bearable. Here’s to new beginnings that come from endings. . . .

  2. Thanks for these tips. I haven’t heard of the expression ‘get your down dog on’ but I think I gathered what you mean.
    I understand the three parts of #3 only too well.
    It is also something that I have noticed is a theme in a lot of your posts.
    I look for that, the lift at the end. 🙂

  4. I like yoga and meditation, scheduling tears but the reaching out, that is so hard for me. I find a lot of my struggling to get through things times, I just shut down. I am used to being the giver. Good advice and I will work on the letting it all hang out part!!
