  2. Thank you for this one. I have to figure out how to manage my emotions, right this moment my anger. Sometimes it feels like I have the foot on the gas pedal and the car is on park, my chests tightens and all I can think of is where to unload it.

  3. This is so well written. Emotion, in so many ways, is stigmatized unless it is happiness. We can’t talk through it or deal with it until we acknowledge it. Your piece beautifully teaches is how to acknowledge it.
