Spot on tips! I got out there dating as soon as I filed my divorce paperwork. What a freaking disaster! I’ve now been not dating for a year and am so much happier.
I really like the question about energy and the idea of limiting your dating to once a week or once a month. I had two kids and a stressful job. Like Bren, not dating made me much happier and helped me become ready for a healthy relationship a few years down the road. .
