    you should post your oatmeal recipe! Pumpkin oatmeal sounds perfectly delish

    • Recipe is a bit ambitious. I use 1/4 cup gluten free oats and add a scoop of ground flax seed, little bit of water, about 3/4 cup of pumpkin, and a generous portion of frozen mixed berries. I then nuke it for 2 1/2 minutes (cover the bowl with an inverted plate to avoid pumpkin-splattered microwave syndrome – it can be fatal!). Then, add a scoop vanilla protein powder (I usually use Vega), cinnamon, and a little almond milk. Stir and top with walnuts. I also have a recipe for slow-cooker pumpkin oatmeal over on my wellness site. Enjoy:)

    I would love it if you share more of your recipes… I’ve been drinking the same shake for 12 years now: milk, banana, strawberry & protein powder! Once in a while I live on the edge and I add blackberries or raspberries… pathetic 🙂 lol

  3. Looks a bit like the drink Rene Russo consumed in the ‘Thomas Crown Affair’.
    I am an oats and fruit breakfast junkie myself. Right for me yesterday… still right for me today.
